METHOD OF SALE
The property is offered for sale by Traditional Online Auction (unless sold prior.) The auction end date is Tuesday 12th March 2024 at 5:00 pm.

The land is located in rural North Devon, approximately 1.2 miles to the south-east of Arlington and 2.6 miles to the south-west of Blackmoor Gate where the A399 meets the A39.
