Following the granting of Listed Building consent in 2012 (Ref 12/0946/LBC) works began to help sure up and repair the structure. LISTED BUILDING CONSENT
Listed building consent was granted on the 18th Dec 2012 under ref 12/0946/LBC please look at the East Devon District Council Website for more information.
The drawings outline a significant program of proposed works and although a purchaser may choose to consider other options (subject to obtaining consents) it allows some certainty over what has already been agreed.
The works include provision for a modern heating system via air-source heat pumps and bio-mass boiler alongside reorganisation of the space and substantial refurbishment to restore this period home including 4 reception rooms and 4 en suite bedrooms.
OUTSIDE
In all the land extends to 4.13 acres (1.67 ha) which includes a large paddock planted to willow, garden area, part cobbled yard, and former orchard.

The property will be offered for sale by Online Traditional Auction. The end of the online auction is scheduled for 28th April 2021 at 6pm. BUYERS & ADMINISTRATION FEE
The successful purchaser(s) will be liable to pay the sum of £5,000. From this a "buyer's fee" of £2,400 (Inc. VAT) is retained by Stags/Bamboo Auctions as a contribution towards the online platform costs, and £2,600 is payable towards the purchase price.
An additional "administration" fee of £1,000+VAT will be payable by the successful purchaser immediately after the auction. This will be separately invoiced by Stags.
PROOF OF IDENTITY
Under the Money Laundering Regulations 2017 it is a requirement for Estate Agents to perform due diligence checks on any person that intends to bid at auction.
