The property will be offered for sale by Online Traditional Auction. The online auction is scheduled to end on Tuesday 22nd August 2023 at 6:00pm.
The vendor reserves the right to withdraw or alter the property for sale prior to the auction end date.

From the A30, followed the A39 north towards Wadebridge, at the Trekenning roundabout, take the second exit signposted St Columb Major. Proceed along this road and just before the centre of St Columb,, turn left onto West Street. Proceed down this street and shortly after passing the pub car park on your right, take the next left onto Victoria Street.. Proceed along this road out of the village for approximately 1/2 a mile before turning right opposite a double-gateway and a concreted area. Proceed down the track for just over 200m and the entrance to the woodland can be found on the left, where a Stags For Sale Board has been erected.
